A butchery workshop was held in November 2011 with Berjaya University College of Hospitality (BUCH) on cutting and cooking to master the finest Halal Turkey raw material with Bilal Foods Corporation. Our director and Master Chef, Mr. Hennie Coenraad was the speaker and chef demonstrating methods of handling and preparing turkey cuisine to BUCH culinary students.
